  • How do I get custom shop set up for my barn?
    To get a custom shop set up, please start by completing this form and we'll be in touch within 5 business days.
  • Are there order or item minimums?
    There are no order or item minimums, though due to the time it takes to set up a shop and create custom products, we respectfully request that you plan to purchase at least 10 items within the first 30 days of launching your shop.
  • Can I order any samples?
    Barn owners may order up to 3 samples at a 20% discount.
  • My barn doesn't have a logo, can I still have a store set up?
    Short answer: Yes. Long answer: For the best results, please provide us with a high quality .png logo with a transparent background. For custom embroidery, logos must not be too finely detailed, contain extremely small negative space, or use too many colors. Printed items allow for more flexibility. If you need a new logo or need your logo to be updated to meet our standards, please reach out for a quote. If you prefer not to use a logo at all, we may be able to open your branded shop based solely on barn colors and preferred typography.
  • My barn already has a shop setup, how can I find it?
    Please use the website menu tab called "Shop Your Barn" and click on your barn name. Alternatively, you can "search" for your barn using the search feature in the upper left corner of our website.
  • What's this going to cost me?
    Your Barn Merch will set up your first 5 products at no cost. If you would like additional products added to your shop, please reach out to us for a quote. If you need a logo created, please reach out to us for a quote. Custom logos start at $500 and increases depending on the number of options, variations, and iterations requested.
  • Do orders need to be shipped to a barn, or can they be shipped directly to customers?
    When your customers order from your custom barn shop, they can choose their preferred shipping address and product will be delivered to them directly. Shipping is available within the US only.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free within the United States!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping time depends on the product, but typically custom products ship within 5 - 11 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can provide assistance by either refunding or exchanging your product. All custom product sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect product was sent. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns related to size/fit issues, so please confirm check sizing prior to placing an order.
